Time Clock Fused Spur Safety Recall
The Office for Product Safety and Standards have issued a safety product recall for the ESP Sangamo Power Saver.

Risks: Electric shock, Burns and Asphyxiation

Description of Risk: The product presents a risk of electric shock and burns as a potential manufacturing defect may cause these products to overheat, particularly where used in high load and high ambient temperature applications.
The housing of the fused timer may become distorted, exposing the consumer to live parts. The consumer may use the product and touch the live part resulting in potential electrocution. The housing of the fused timer can overheat and melt resulting in potential burns and smoke inhalation, leading to asphyxiation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
